Welcome to embody holistic massage

I am passionate about the benefits of massage for all and welcome women, men and families.  Working from home in a purpose built treatment room as well as part-time at Spring Chiropractic clinic has allowed me to be flexible with my work hours offering day, evening and weekend appointments.   I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and am also trained in holistic massage techniques such as Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and more.  I always tailor treatments to the individual and often use a combination of therapies in one treatment.   This can provide my clients with relaxation as well as improving pain and muscle/joint dysfunction.

I also teach baby massage courses to parents and am keen to promote the benefits of massage at an early age.
